Pedro Biscay: «La deuda no se puede pagar a costa del sufrimiento argentino»

Hace unos días, el Gobierno nacional presentó una propuesta de reestructuración de la deuda externa que tuvo un amplio apoyo de gobernadores y referentes políticos, sociales y sindicales. En diálogo con Ahijuna FM 94.7, Pedro Biscay, ex director del Banco Central e integrante del Colectivo Economía Política para la Argentina (EPPA), explica la importancia de la propuesta: «La quita de intereses y el plazo de gracia de 3 años permite financiar los costos económicos de la pandemia. Hay una elección por la vida de los argentinos y las argentinas». Además, nos cuenta quiénes son los fondos que se oponen a la reestructuración: «Son grupos que incentivan el endeudamiento de países emergentes, tal como sucedió en nuestro país con el Gobierno de Macri».
