La Mesa multisectorial de juventudes adhiere a la lucha contra los despidos en el Ministerio de Producción

Dos despidos ilegales ocurrieron en el Ministerio de Producción durante el mes de marzo. Ambos violatorios de las tutelas sindicales consagradas en los artículos 47, 48 y 52 de la Ley 23.551 de Asociaciones Profesionales, se producen en momentos en que la conflictividad social en el país está en su punto más álgido desde la llegada al gobierno nacional de Mauricio Macri y que la lucha de los trabajadores y trabajadoras se ha hecho visible en las tres movilizaciones importantes que han sucedido en las últimas semanas. Mientras tanto los medios de comunicación que funcionan como comunicadores oficiales del gobierno tapan la realidad de la conflictividad social con maniobras de excesiva preocupación ante supuestos problemas en el recital del Indio Solari. Cuando miles de argentinos y argentinas siguen siendo despedidos, cada vez mas familias se encuentran fuera del mercado de trabajo y por debajo de la línea de pobreza, un ejemplo es el consumo de leche el cual bajó un 8% durante el año pasado. Los niños y niñas en nuestro país están consumiendo menos leche. Estos son los verdaderos problemas que aquejan a los jóvenes.

En lunes pasado despidieron a la Dra. Julieta Pérez Lavallén, delegada de la Junta Interna del Ministerio de Producción, quien se desempeñaba en el área de COPREC, dependiente de la Dirección Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor, de la Secretaría de Comercio conducida por Miguel Braun, con más de doce años de antigüedad y varios mandatos como delegada de ATE. Este despido se sumó al de Marina Bruzera, también delegada electa, quien fue impedida de ingresar a su lugar de trabajo el día 2 de marzo. Bruzera se encontraba además bajo licencia psiquiátrica con jornada reducida, y en el momento de su despido había concurrido al organismo para presentar certificados médicos y solicitar autorización para la extensión de su jornada a 6 horas diarias.

Estos despidos se dan en el marco de una persecución gremial, en un Ministerio en el cual durante el 2016 se despidieron a mas de 500 trabajadores y trabajadoras. En ese contexto de conflictividad se busca disciplinar a lxs trabajadores que se muestran más combativos ante las políticas de ajuste y antisindicales. Los responsables de estas maniobras son al Director Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor, Fernando Blanco Muiño, el Subsecretario de Coordinación Administrativa, Rodrigo Sbarra, al Secretario de Comercio, Miguel Braun y al Ministro de Producción, Francisco Cabrera.

Las organizaciones integrantes de la Mesa Multisectorial de Juventudes del Instituto Independencia nos sumamos al pedido de la inmediata reincorporación de las delegadas despedidas, así como al reclamo del cambio necesario en el modelo económico de ajuste que reprime económicamente a las grandes mayorías.

Ni una trabajadora menos.
